How does the online training work?
You get a step‑by‑step plan in the app with demos, reps, sets, and rest laid out for you. If an exercise is a problem, message me, and I’ll adjust it so you can keep going.
I am concerned about my past injuries. How do you handle that?
During onboarding, I ask detailed questions about your injury history, current pain, and limitations, and I design your program around that. As long as you’re cleared to exercise by a medical professional, I can help you improve your strength, mobility, and physical condition safely; if you are not cleared, you’ll need to work with an appropriate healthcare or rehab specialist first.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. You can do this at home or in a gym; the plan is customized for dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, or a full gym.
Do you give me a meal plan?
No rigid meal plan—targets, guidelines, and templates that work with family meals, restaurants, and travel. If you want me to give you a customized plan, we can do that as well.
How is the payment plan set up?
3 payments of $300 will be charged every four weeks automatically until those 3 payments are completed. No long-term contract.
When do I start seeing the changes?
First 2–4 weeks: energy, sleep, joints; 4–12 weeks: strength, visible changes in shape and performance markers. Fat loss depends on compliance with training + nutrition basics.
